Dubai Properties to launch Dh.40bn Mudon development at Cityscape

Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has announced that it will release details about its new projects and display existing developments at Cityscape 2008, one of the largest business-to-business realty investments and development events in the world.

One of the developments to be released during the event is the Dh.40bn Mudon master development, which will be displayed on one of the stands of Dubai properties. The first phase of Mudon, the 348 Cairo Townhouses will be made available for sale during the event.

The Mudon Cairo Townhouses are a cluster of two storey, four-bedroom villas, covering 1.4mn square foot of space within the Cairo section of the project. Each villa would include a garage for two cars, a garden and patio and the first-floor terrace. The project will be complete in 2010.

The Deputy CEO of Dubai Properties, Yaqoob Al Zarooni, said that Dubai Properties is eagerly looking for participation at this edition of Cityscape Dubai. Cairo Townhouses, the first aspect of Mudon is an exciting project, sure to attract major investor interest, and Cityscape is the right time and place to launch it onto the market.

The Cityscape Dubai 2008 exhibition has been scheduled to be held between the 6th and 9th October at the Dubai International Exhibition Center (DIEC). It is the seventh edition of Cityscape Dubai, and will bring together industry professionals including investors, property developers, government and property development authorities, designers, architects and consultants from over 130 countries.

With several unique developments such as the Culture village, Business Bay, Tijara Town, The Villa and now the Mudon to its credit, the Dubai Properties is all set to become a Dh.1trillion master developer.

Mushrif Heights - Emaar's eco-friendly integrated community, unveiled

Emaar Properties has launched the eco-friendly 'Mushrif Heights', an integrated community emphasizing on sustainable development features. The project, worth Dh.12bn, is the latest addition to rich property portfolio of Emaar in Dubai, which includes several prestigious projects such as the Arabian Ranches, Downtown Burj Dubai, Warsan Estate and Dubai Marina.

The first phase of the project, which is the sale of Sidra town homes, will begin on 23rd August 2008.

Located near Al Awir, in close proximity to Mushrif Park, the Mushrif Heights has been designed on the premises of 'Living in Harmony' with nature. The location is ideal, as it permits easy access to Dubai’s business hubs, while also enjoying the serene atmosphere of quieter surroundings. Mushrif Heights enjoy easy road access from Emirates Road, Al Khail Road, and is just 15 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport.

Stallion Properties launches Santorini development at RAK

Santorini Development in Ras Al Khaimah
Inline with its plans to raise the total portfolio of its projects to Dh.4.5bn in UAE, Stallion Properties launched Dh.1.2bn worth Greek-style development on Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

The Santorini development will include 560 units, spreading across an area of 463,000 Square Feet. The units will include Zeus villas, Aphrodite townhouses, Artemis luxury condos and Apollo condos, water bungalows, and five-star hotel.

Inspired by the iconic Greek archipelago, Santorini development offers residents the enjoyment of majestic romance of Greek island, together with the luxuries of Arabia.

Each property in the Santorini development comes with its own unique features. The Zues villas offer wonderful panoramic sea views with Jacuzzi on terrace and your own private infinity pool. The Aphrodite townhomes offer the luxury of serene views of a private lake, while the Apollo condos include duplexes and penthouses with Gymnasiums, pools, and podium parking. The Artemix luxury condos go further in offering private clubhouse, vas Jacuzzi, lap pool and children's wading pool.

The construction will commence in October this year, and will be complete in 2011. Stallion Properties has also entered into tie-up with Aspire Real Estate to help with sales and marketing of Santorini project.

Stallion Properties also plans to launch two towers in Palm Jebel Ali at a cost of Dh.3bn, thereby increasing the portfolio of the company to around Dh.4.5bn.

Ground-breaking ceremony held for Flamingo Creek

The ground-breaking ceremony for a residential community, 'Flamingo Creek', located at 'The Lagoons' master development in Dubai Creek, took place yesterday.

The project is being developed by National Properties, a wholly-owned real estate subsidiary of National Bonds Corporation.

The freehold project comprises 244 low-rise villa-style apartments and townhouses, which also marks the entry of National Properties into the luxury residential market. 'Flamingo Creek' will be an easy access to retail, education, leisure and entertainment facilities, including the Dubai Opera House.

The National Properties CEO, ABdulsalam Almarri, and Mohammed Qassim, CEO of The Lagoons, together with Buti Al Jumairi, the CEO of National Bonds Corporation, along with other senior management staff of National Properties, participated in the groundbreaking ceremony held at the project site in 'The Lagoons'.

APG appointed as Architects for Damac's Suburbia project

The Architectural Planning Group (APG) has been appointed as the architectural and mechanical consultants for Damac's Suburbia project, located in the heart of Downtown Jebel Ali.


Surburbia is a prestigious development with two towers and amazing townhouses, based on Moroccan architecture. Al Fara'a Properties launched their new project, Dh.95mn worth, Mulberry Mansions, yesterday. This forms a part of their Dh.6.5billion worth projects planned for the current year.

The residential development, comprising 23 luxurious town homes, marks the third project of Al Fara'a in Jumeirah Village, following the launch of Manhattan Luxury Apartments and Le Grand Chateau.


The two-storey townhouses built in Victorian-style will comprise four bedrooms, a terrace, a balcony, maid's room with separate access, a private two-car garage and a small private garden. Few selected townhouses that are positioned at the far end of each row of the plot will have access to private swimming pools within side gardens. Diamond Developers, a new class of property developers in Dubai, have announced both projects, Diamond Views 1 and Diamond Views 2, which are progressing as per the planned schedule during the construction phase.

The buildings offer four different kinds of spacious studios, eighty types of single bedrooms apartments, and three types of double bedrooms apartments. Al Hamra Palace Hotel Apartments Up For Sale

Bavaria launches its Sandoval townhouses in Jumeirah Village

Bavaria Gulf, a German boutique developer, has revealed the launch of Phase I of its first realty project in the Emirate, the Sandoval Townhouses, at Jumeirah Village. This project signals the German firm's foray into the Dubai property sector.
