The Jumeirah Lake Towers at Dubai Marina

The Jumeirah Lake Towers is yet another development, situated across the Dubai Marina development, equally impressive in size, comprising high-rises that are scattered around the man-made lakes. Quite dissapointed with SABA Properties JLT (Formerly SABA Real Estate),, owned and managed by Behrouz Javaheri.

These are the issues with their Saba Tower 2 & 3 development in JLT:
1 - Delay in construction, project has been delayed by many months - each month they delay further
2 - Last minute price rises, the developer has been increasing the property prices per sq ft like a private seller would unethically minutes before signing the MOU to sell
3 - Saba Property Management, unresponsive and unhelpful. SPM are the official management company of Saba Towers, however they have not been efficient or helpful so far.
4 - Quality of the development - Saba advertise that they are building a 5 start residential building but the quality of the finish in the tower is not good. Paint is dirty, pipes are leaking, cracks are appearing etc.

Saba have a lot of questions to answer!
