Colliers to open four Middle East offices

Colliers, one of the United Kingdom’s largest commercial real-estate brokerages, said its international unit will open four Middle East offices to tap demand for property services in the region.
Colliers International will open offices in Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan and Oman in the second quarter of 2007, the company said in a statement yesterday.
It already has two offices in Saudi Arabia and a regional headquarters in Dubai, UAE.
“We view the Middle East and North Africa as a growth area for the property sector,” said John Davis, Colliers CEO for the Middle East.
